These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of overnight stays and additional services (breakfast, half board, full board) through our online booking system (Booking Engine).
1. Subject of the agreement
This agreement concerns the sale of stays at our accommodation facilities, as well as the provision of additional services.
2. Facilities and services offered
Overnight stays: accommodation will take place exclusively at the facilities indicated in the booking system.
Meal packages: the meals included in the packages (breakfast, half board, full board) will be provided by external partner venues, which will be specified at the time of booking or communicated to the guest before arrival.
Please note that these venues are not managed directly by our company.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation (via email or through the booking system) and any required payment.
All details regarding included services, rates, dates of stay and specific conditions will be outlined in the quote or booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, modification and refund policies vary depending on the type of offer purchased.
Only the terms stated in the quote or the booking confirmation shall apply.
5. Liability for external services
We are not responsible for any disruptions or non-fulfilment by partner venues providing meal services. However, we commit to selecting reliable partners and to collecting any customer feedback to improve the quality of the service offered.
6. Safety and guest conduct
We do our best to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests. However:
- We cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings that may occur within our accommodation facilities, except in cases expressly provided for by law.
- We do not have control over the behavior of other guests or third parties. We kindly ask all guests to maintain civil behavior and to respect shared spaces.
7. Service Changes
In cases of force majeure or operational needs, we reserve the right to modify or replace the purchased services with equivalent or superior solutions, informing the customer in a timely manner.
